What happens next

  2. A 30-minute call. We talk through your goal, systems, data and constraints. You get a straight opinion on what is worth doing, even if the answer is "not yet".
  3. A written proposal. Scope, team, timeline and price, fixed where the work allows it. No obligation, and you keep the notes either way.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you reply?

Within 24 working hours, usually sooner. The reply comes from a senior person who has read your message, not from an automated sequence. If it is urgent, say so in the message and email info@teksmobile.com directly.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk in detail?

Yes. Send us yours, or ask for ours, and we will sign it before any detailed discussion of your idea, data or systems. The first call can happen without one if you prefer to keep it high level.

Is there a minimum engagement?

Our published minimum project size is $5,000. Advisory work such as an AI readiness assessment, an AI strategy sprint or a fractional AI CTO retainer is scoped per workshop or per month; tell us what you need and we will quote it plainly. See engagement models for how we structure work.

Which time zones do you work in?

Teams in the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Sweden and South Korea cover 18+ time zones, so you will normally get a reply during your own working day. For delivery we agree a daily overlap window with you at the start of the engagement.
