Registration and ticketing that converts

A form builder your team can change without a developer, and ticket tiers and coupons that follow your pricing rules. Stripe payments, approval queues and consent that stands up to audit.

  • Form builder with conditional fields
  • Tiered pricing and coupons
  • Stripe and invoice payments
  • Approval and waitlist flows
Who this is for

Registration is the first impression and the source of every record

A clumsy form loses registrations; a disconnected one loses data. Everything downstream, from badges to sponsor reports, depends on what you capture here.

Paid conferences and summits

Multiple ticket types, early-bird deadlines, workshops as add-ons and invoices for corporate buyers who cannot pay by card.

Exhibitions and trade shows

Free visitor registration at volume, exhibitor and press categories with approval, and tracking links for every media partner.

Invite-only and member events

Member pricing by group, approval queues, capacity limits per session and consent capture that satisfies your legal team.

What we deliver

Everything between "I'm interested" and a QR ticket

Form builder

Drag-and-drop fields, conditional logic, per-ticket questions, file uploads and multi-language labels. Organisers change it; no deployment needed.

Ticket types and tiers

Early bird by date or quantity, group pricing, add-ons such as dinners and workshops, capacity per type and sold-out behaviour you choose.

Coupons and tracking

Percentage or fixed discounts, bulk tiered codes, buy-x-get-y, sponsor comp codes and tracking links that attribute each order to a campaign.

Payments

Stripe as the supported processor, multi-currency pricing, refunds and partial refunds from the admin, invoice and pay-later for procurement-led buyers.

Approval flows

Approval queues per ticket type, shortlisting, waitlists that release automatically and templated emails for every decision.

Consent and privacy

Purpose-level GDPR consent, timestamped and exportable, retention rules per event and attendee self-service for data requests.

The funnel

Measure every stage, fix the one that leaks

Registration is a funnel with five stages. We instrument each one, so you see conversion by source, by coupon and by ticket type rather than a single total.

Two branches matter. Registrants who start but do not finish get a reminder with a link back into their saved form. Ticket types that need approval hold the registrant in a queue, then release the QR ticket automatically once approved.

The last stage, checked in, closes the loop. A no-show rate by ticket type tells you where to over-sell next year and which comp codes are worth keeping.

The registration funnel we instrument. Narrowing boxes show where registrants drop; the two lower branches recover approvals and abandoned forms.

From pricing sheet to live registration

  1. Model

Ticket types, tiers, groups, add-ons, consent purposes and the fields each downstream system needs.

  2. Configure or build

Forms, pricing rules, coupons, email templates and payment setup, or a custom registration service if rules go beyond configuration.

  3. Integrate

Sync registrants to your CRM or Marketing Cloud, finance exports, and the check-in system.

  4. Test

Every pricing path with real test cards, refund and approval flows, consent records and the emails on real inboxes.

  5. Launch and tune

Open registration, watch the funnel weekly and adjust tiers, reminders and campaigns based on conversion by source.

What goes wrong when done badly

Double charges from a retry without an idempotency key. Early-bird cut-offs in the wrong time zone. Coupons that stack into free tickets. Consent captured as one tick box for six purposes. Registrations in one system and check-in in another, reconciled by CSV the night before. Each of these is cheap to prevent and expensive to explain.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which payment processors do you support?

Stripe is supported out of the box on Eventify, including multi-currency pricing and refunds from the admin console. For custom builds we integrate the processor you already have a merchant agreement with, plus invoice and pay-later flows for corporate buyers.

Can we run early-bird, group and member pricing at the same time?

Yes. Ticket tiers switch by date or by quantity sold and group discounts apply by basket size. Member pricing is unlocked by attendee group or a verified email domain. Coupons stack according to rules you set, and the admin shows which rule applied to each order.

How do approval flows work?

Any ticket type can require approval. Registrants are held in a queue, organisers approve, shortlist or decline with templated emails, and approved registrants receive their QR ticket automatically. Waitlists release places when capacity frees up.

Is the registration form GDPR compliant?

Consent is captured per purpose at registration, timestamped and stored with the attendee record. Retention rules are set per event, and attendees can request export or deletion. The data privacy page covers how we handle personal data in AI features too.

Can the form live on our own website?

Yes. Embed it as a widget on any page, or run registration on a vanity domain under your brand. Tracking links tell you which campaign each registration came from.
