1. Acceptance of these terms

By using teksmobile.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version here with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

3. Using the site

You may view, download and print pages from the site for your own business or personal reference. You must not:

• copy, reproduce or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or probe, scan or test the site's vulnerability without permission;
• use automated means to scrape the site at a rate that harms its availability, or to submit the inquiry form;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the site.

Automated agents and search engines are welcome to read the site in accordance with our robots file and the guidance in our llms.txt.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, diagrams, code samples, design and layout of the site are owned by Teknowledge Software Limited or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Teksmobile name and logo, and the Eventify and ZekoHR product names, are our trade marks. Other product and company names mentioned on the site, including Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, Google, Gemini, Salesforce, Agentforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, Milvus, PostgreSQL and Stripe, are trade marks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.

You may quote short extracts from the site with attribution and a link to the source page.

5. Information, not advice

The guides, glossary entries, case studies and service descriptions on the site are general information about our work and about the technologies we use. They are not legal, financial, security or compliance advice for your particular situation, and they should not be relied on as such. Statements about regulation, including the EU AI Act, UK GDPR and ISO standards, reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may be out of date; obtain professional advice before acting.

Case studies describe our own products and are written from our engineering experience. Any outcomes described are qualitative and specific to those products; they are not a promise of results for your project.

6. Interactive tools

Some pages include calculators, estimators and self-assessments, such as the AI readiness assessment. They run in your browser, use the assumptions stated on the page, and produce indicative figures only. They are not quotations, and they are not a substitute for the scoping work described under our engagement models. We accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of tool outputs.

7. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the inquiry form, or contacting us by email, does not create a contract between us. Any work we carry out for you will be governed by a written statement of work or other agreement signed by both parties, and in the event of any conflict that agreement takes precedence over these terms. Indicative timelines and commercial models described on the site are illustrative and may differ in a specific proposal.

8. Third-party links

The site links to external websites, including those of technology providers and regulators. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. We may correct errors and update content whenever we choose.

10. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it, including any loss of profit, business, revenue, data or goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

12. Impersonation and scams

We have been alerted to organisations falsely claiming to be affiliated with our brand and promoting cryptocurrency schemes, sometimes through messaging apps and look-alike websites. Teksmobile does not endorse or offer any cryptocurrency product or investment scheme. Our only legitimate website is teksmobile.com and our only email domain is teksmobile.com. If you encounter such a scheme, please report it to your local police and let us know at info@teksmobile.com. We accept no liability for losses arising from the actions of impersonators.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home nation.
