AI SEO & Marketing

Local SEO for firms with more than one front door

Google Business Profile, LocalBusiness structured data and location pages that earn their place, managed as one system across every office. We have five offices on three continents, so this is work we do for ourselves.

  • 5 offices, 18+ time zones ourselves
  • Profile + schema + pages
  • 2–4 week setup per market
Who this is for

When "near me" is how your customers start

Professional services with regional offices, clinics and practices, showrooms, venues, agencies with country teams. If a buyer's first question includes a place name, the map pack, the local knowledge panel and increasingly the AI assistant's answer decide whether your firm is considered.

Regional professional services

Law, accountancy, consultancy, agencies. Each office has its own team and reputation; the website should reflect that rather than hide it.

Venues and hospitality

Event spaces, hotels, restaurants. Profiles, reviews and Event markup drive bookings. See travel and hospitality.

Property and showrooms

Estate agents, dealerships, retail. Inventory per location is the unique content that makes location pages legitimate. See real estate.

The three layers

Profile, markup and page must all agree

  • Google Business Profile

One verified profile per office with the right primary category, a full services list, hours including holidays, photos of the actual office and people, and a review process. Managed centrally with location managers for local updates. Where Apple Maps and Bing Places matter to your audience, the same data goes there.

  • LocalBusiness structured data

Each location page carries a LocalBusiness (or a more specific subtype) with address, geo coordinates, phone, opening hours and areaServed, linked to the parent Organization by @id. Generated from one locations table, so the profile, the footer and the markup never disagree. Part of our structured data practice.

  • Location pages

One page per office that passes the unique value test: who works there, what they do, local clients or sectors, directions and parking, local hours and contact, and the one thing that office is known for. Pages without that content stay unpublished until they have it.

Multi-office, multi-country

What we learned running five offices

Teksmobile operates from the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Sweden and South Korea. That means five profiles, five location pages, five sets of hours in five time zones, and a site that has to serve buyers in each market without pretending to be five companies.

Our approach is one organisation entity, with each office as a child. Country targeting at the page level rather than separate sites, unless language genuinely requires it. A single locations table that feeds the contact page, the footer, the schema and the profiles. And a review process that local teams own, because a reply from someone who was actually there reads differently.

The mistakes we see elsewhere: five near-identical city pages; a head-office address on every page's markup; hours that are right for London and wrong for Sydney; and a profile claimed by a former employee's personal account. All of them are fixable in a week; all of them cost visibility for years if left.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We have several offices. Do we need a page for each?

Yes, if each page can say something the others cannot: the team there, the services offered locally, directions, local case work, local contact details and hours. A page that only swaps the city name is a duplicate and will be ignored or treated as thin. We hold back pages until they have real content.

What matters most in Google Business Profile?

Accurate categories, complete services, real photos, current hours, and a steady flow of genuine reviews with replies. Posts and Q&A help. Consistency between the profile, your website and other directories matters more than any single feature.

How does local SEO interact with AI assistants?

When someone asks an assistant for 'an AI consultancy in Stockholm', the answer draws on business profiles, reviews, structured data and directory listings as well as your website. The same consistency that helps the map pack helps the assistant. We check both with the same monitoring.

Our offices are in different countries. Is that local SEO or international SEO?

Both. Each office needs local signals: profile, address, local page, local reviews. The site also needs country targeting: which pages serve which market, language and currency choices, and hreflang where there are translated versions. We run this for our own five offices across the UK, Australia, India, Sweden and South Korea.

Can you handle reviews for us?

We set up the process: when to ask, how to ask, who replies and within what time, and a template library that is edited per reply. We will not write or solicit fake reviews, and we advise against incentivised ones, which breach platform rules.
